YAAY!! ONE of my favorite things to do is to FEEL grateful early, on every #NewDay. As a little girl visiting my grandparents farm, my amazing grandmother would sip water with me from tall cups on the front porch and speak about how we wanted our day to go! There was always a favorite cup, favorite thoughts and self-motivation to BELIEVE in the things we were thinking. As I've continued that idea throughout my journey it compliments my intent and inner joy.
